Many talented women step away from professional opportunities due to marriage, motherhood, family responsibilities, or relocation. Mahila Bharathi creates a pathway for them to regain their confidence, skills, and economic independence.
The project provides specialized training in teaching, food processing, beauty & wellness, fashion, and other livelihood-oriented sectors, along with entrepreneurship guidance and business support. Through skill development, mentoring, and market-oriented assistance, participants are empowered to start their own ventures, secure employment, or develop sustainable sources of income.
